In the United States, convicted sex criminals cannot live within 300 meters of places where children are staying, which has meant that many criminals have a hard time to find somewhere to live. As a result, a sexual offender's mother started the institution Florida Justice Transitions, also known as "Pervert Park", a trailer park where 120 sex offenders live. We hear the residents tell their stories and see how they all live with their own very different demons. We also see how everyday life looks like to those who nobody wants to have as a neighbor, and how they struggle to get back into society again. The film won the jury award at the Sundance Film Festival 2015.
