On the surface, everything seems to be fine for the documentary filmmaker Ahang Bashi. Despite that, she is increasingly affected by panic attacks and depression. To tackle and illustrate the widespread problem of mental health, she takes the viewer on an autobiographical journey into the dark world of anxiety, but we are also met with humor and hope. Maria Domellöf-Wik gives the film the highest rating in Göteborgsposten, since Fragility is "revealing in an amazing way, at the same time meaning well". It gets the same rating in SvD in the review that Erika Hallgren finishes with: "Everyone, simply everyone, should watch this movie."
