The Miseducation of Cameron Post

Cameron Post is a lesbian, but she definitely does not want her parents to know. When they die in a car crash, Cameron feels both relief and guilt that they will never know. After the accident, she has to move to her very religious aunt and then begins a relationship with the coolest girl at school. When she reaches sixteen-year-old Cameron, she is sent to a conversion camp that is suposed to "cure" bisexuality. First, she welcomes this but soon understands what abuse it is to force herself to deny her own identity. The film won the Grand Jury Prize, for Best Film at Sundance 2018.
