Sieger is a shy 15-year-old who, during his summer vacation, is training for an athletics championship. In his group the exciting and unpredictable Marc also trains. The two develop a friendship that initially seems innocent, but Sieger discovers that his feelings for Marc are growing ever stronger. When Sieger finds that Marc is in love with him, an inner battle begins. He starts avoiding Marc and instead hangs out with his best friend Stef at the motorcross track where he also meets Jessica who has had eyes for him for a long time. But the emotions he tries to deny refuses to be suppressed.
