The Real Estate
Nojet is a 68-year-old woman who has lived a fast-paced life. When her father dies, she inherits a property and what she thought would be a simple income will soon involve her in the dark side of the Swedish housing market and she has to deal with both strange situations and doubtful characters. Martin Memet Könick rates the film 4 out of 5 and summarizes in Konstpretton: “The Real Estate slowly sucks us into the lives of the characters, and never let go. All elements of the film are performed with professionalism and the it becomes an impressive piece of cinematic art". The film was nominated for the Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival.
