Steve Bannon is one of the best-known right-wing advocates in the United States today. For several years he led the controversial news site Breitbart News and is considered by many, including himself, to have played a large part in the election of Donald Trump as president. He was for a time the White House chief strategist before being fired by Trump. In The Brink, a camera team led by director Alison Klayman (Ai Weiwei: never sorry, Take your pills) shows his work to strengthen right-wing leaders in European countries and his collaboration with Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage and SD's Kent Ekeroth, among others.
