Loving Vincent
With the starting point in the death of Vincent van Gogh in July 1890, a young man tries to understand and figure out what happened during the last time during the, at the time, unknown artist’s life. The Oscars nominated Loving Vincent is something as unique as an oil-painted animated feature film created by over 100 artists. Fredrik Sahlin at Kulturnyheterna states that he, thanks to the film, “realizes that the creating of film, to some, is still art. Heart. Obsession”. He rates the film 4 out of 5. Kulturbloggen’s Rosemarie Södergren is impressed by the visual and writes: “This is art and film meeting and enriching each other and which results in art film, and film art”. She rates it 5 out of 5.
The film is not playable outside of Sweden
