A highly acclaimed and moving animated film based on the war correspondent Ryszard Kapuscinski's reporting from the war-affected Angola in the 1970s. We see when Kapuscinski persuades the head of the Polish news agency to be allowed to go to Angola to report on the bloody civil war that broke out after the country declared its independence. The very brutal reality of the war and the helplessness and sadness that the war created in the country changed Kapuscinski forever.
