The surgeon Paul lives a perfect life together with his wife who is always supportive and would never question him. Happily married since they were teenagers, they live a seemingly perfect upper-class life. But the illusion falls apart when the mysterious Lou enters their lives. Paul is drawn into a dangerous love affair that tears him between security and desire.
