In Driving Madeleine, Charles has a bad day where all his problems are hanging over him. When a new customer asks for a trip with multiple stops, he gets stressed. But when she begins to talk about her life, the driver Charles must take her on a journey back in time, which gives him unexpected perspectives on the present.
