The young Barry Kohler is tasked with spying on a group of Nazis in Paraguay when he makes an unexpected discovery: in the middle of Paraguay's dense jungles, the infamous Dr. Mengele from the Nazi concentration camps is continuing his work. Kohler just has time to report his discovery to Nazi hunter Ezra Liebermann in Vienna before he is murdered. Liebermann begins to investigate the case and realizes that he has discovered an evil plan to murder a number of seemingly randomly selected men around the world on a given date.
