The psychoanalyst Selma leaves France to move back to Tunisia. Once there, she wants to open her own practice. But it is not an easy task – The residents do not trust Selma: What kind of practice has she really opened? Is it really allowed? A police officer starts an investigation against Selma’s practice. But during the investigation, the police begin to fall for Selma. The film won the audience award at the Venice Film Festival and was nominated for the Bronze Horse at the Stockholm Film Festival 2019. In Aftonbladet, Jan-Olov Andersson writes that director Manèle Labidi Labbé “is skilled at twisting and turning all the clichés of romantic comedy. She uses them but makes something new and personal with them.”
