Leaning Into The Wind

Allowed 97 minutes 2017 7.0

British artist Andy Goldsworthy has been searching for artistic expression in nature for more than thirty years. He creates using flowers, mud, twigs, stones and the powers of nature. He uses his own body to make temporary or permanent impressions in nature, landscapes and cities. Leaning into the Wind is the film maker Thomas Riedelsheimer’s second film about Goldsworthy. Rivers and Tides came out in 2001 and was awarded best documentary at several film festivals. Nina Asarnoj at Kulturnytt I P1 writes: “What director Thomas Riedelsheimer does is not that extraordinary, he just follows this unusual man in his tracks. But it’s deeply fascinating to see how he transforms the smallest little rain shower into art.
