Selma & Johanna - en roadmovie

Allowed 87 minutes 1997 4.7

Selma and Johanna are 10 years old. They have had enough and run away from home. Johanna is going to be forced to redo the 4th grade but the girls intend to protest - at the Strasbourg European Court! But the pursuit of justice soon turns into a real adventure with Kjellman the policeman and Johanna's dad Göran in search of the children. Göteborgsposten's Maria Domellöf-Wik found that "Debuting director Ingela Magner calls the age of eleven 'the age of possibility' before they begin to question the world and themselves. When self-esteem just is natural. And that's a lovely feeling she's able to convey."
