Under the Greek sun a group of animators from across Europe prepare for the busy tourist-season at an all-inclusive hotel on the island. Kalia is the group leader. She is smart, sexy and desillusioned. Paper decorations, shiny costumes and dance shows fill the scene, and cover versions of popular hits form the past must be performed again and again. As the summer intensifies, the work-and partynights become more extreme, and Kalia starts to feel overwhelmed. But when the light comes on, the show must go on.
