Hugo is twelve years old and loves elves, but he is being teased by his peers. He decides to go against his own feelings and force himself to grow up. However, on a family holiday he discovers that there are elves living in the hotel. Snow, the orphaned elf girl lives alone with her siblings. She wants to go back to the land of the elves, but the reindeers won't fly. The question is: can Hugo be persuaded to join another elf adventure?
