The dolphin Delphi has a lively imagination. One day he finds a magical arch gate that can fulfill wishes for everyone who finds their way there. However, there are evil moray eels that use the arch gate to terrorize the cozy city. Delphi must really take courage to overcome the evil moray eels and try to find his missing father in this colorful animated comedy.
