The Dutch horror film Moloch takes place on the edge of a desolate peat bog. Betriek lives there with her family. When their farm one night is attacked by a stranger, Betriek sets out to search for an explanation. The moss turns out to have attracted the interest of an international research group, and Betriek senses that things are not right. What ancient and evil thing has taken the area into possession?
