Life is filled with injustice, and it makes people both stressed and depressed. For some, it totally breaks them. Almodóvar meets Tarantino in this episodefilm directed by Damián Szifrón. Pedro Almodóvar has also produced the dark humorous movie in six parts, where revenge is the recurring theme. Some of the actors starring in the film is Ricardo Darín, Óscar Martínez, Leonardo Sbaraglia, Érica Rivas, Rita Cortese, Julieta Zylberberg and Dario Grandinetti. The film was nominated for an Oscar in the category Best Foreign Language Film 2015. "It is an energetic, drastic and very funny depiction of people who give after to revenge governments, authorities and those idiots that you generally meet in life," says Malin Krutmeijer in Sydsvenskan. She gives the film a score of 4 out of 5. Jan Söderqvist puts the score 5 out of 6 in Svenska Dagbladet with this motivation: "There is no cute sentimentality, but more of a foul energy that permeates everything from the script and acting to the story itself. If there is a turn to take, this film is exactly there and drives as far out as possible."
