The Dirties

The dirties is a fake documentary, a so-called mocumentary, about the two best friends Matt and Owen. They are two ostracized, bullied movie lovers in high school. As a school project, they begin to make a comedy about how they will avenge themselves on the school's bullies. Revenge in a very violent way. When censored by their teacher, they continue the project outside of school. However, the difference between Matt and Owen is that one is no longer joking. Moviezine's Andreas Samuelson thinks that "It's an intelligent and suggestive movie that refuses to write the audience on the nose." and that "The Dirties is [a] strong and honest debut that really makes you feel. "
