Beach Rats

Beach Rats has been a great success at festivals throughout 2017 and was nominated for the Bronze Horse at Stockholm Film Festival and won the directing prize at Sundance Film Festival. The film is about the teenager Harris, who mostly devotes his days to experimenting with drugs and hanging out in Brooklyn's outskirts with his small time criminal friends. When he is at home, however, he spends most of his time in front of the computer, seeking contact with older men looking for his own identity. In the midst of all this he meets Simone.
