Lily and Gerry are the best of friends in the way you can only be when you are young and you have all of life in front of you. Now they have finally finished high school, it's summer in New York, and they make a covenant: They'll both get rid of their virginity and thus become adults before the summer ends and college begins. But their friendship is put at stake when they both fall for the same ice-cream selling guy. Can they find each other and love, or will they have to choose?
