Victor och Josefine
In the sewers under a world of big bears, the little mouse Josefine lives in the mouse world with all other mice. In her world, contempt for the bears is the most important thing that exists. But Josefine refuses to believe that the bears are her enemies. When she happens to meet the hungry bear Victor, she is close to being swallowed whole, but after a slap and bribing with candy, an unlikely friendship arises. However, being friends with a bear does not turn out to be without troubles. This animated film is based on the books of Victor and Josefine by Gabrielle Vincent. Jorunn Amcoff writes in Expressen: "the result is a delight. Here is a friendship to be taken seriously, social criticism and humour, excellent music by Vincent Courtois, amazing animations and not a single fight." The film was awarded a César and was nominated for an Oscar for Best animated feature.
