Keep your family close and your secrets even closer. Christian returns home for the first time in fifteen years for his father's marriage. Once again, he is also reunited with his old friend Oliver and spends some time with his family. However, Christians' visit is not only a dear reunion, it also brings forth many old family secrets. The established theater director Simon Stone's feature film debut is a tender depiction of family relations, loosely based on his own adaptation of Henrik Ibsen's Vildanden, with an array of Australian stars such as Sam Neill, Geoffrey Rush and Miranda Otto.
