Euphoria
A drama focusing on the existential issues, Emelie (Eva Green) invites her sister Ines (Alicia Vikander) on a trip and hotel stay. The two sisters have not had much contact with each other, and that there is an underlying conflict is clear. Once at the extravagant hotel, it turns out that there is a service beyond the ordinary, active euthanasia. Dagens Nyheters Eva by Geijerstam states that it is "brave for a newly started production company to start with a film about euthanasia", and Nöjesguidens Kasia Syty writes: "Again, Langseth has shown what happens when the individualistic society's offerings are confronted with tough subjects about life.” Euphoria is the third film in collaboration between Alicia Vikander and director Lisa Langseth and was nominated for a Dragon Award at the Gothenburg Film Festival.
