Leo is a young guy who lives for his boxing. He is successful and accustomed to winning his matches, but one night he is knocked out and his whole self-image is drawn into the ground. On the way home along Tokyo's neon-lit streets, a young woman suddenly run past him and screams that she needs help. When he sees that she is being chased by a man, he instinctively acts and kill him. What he doesn't know is that he just got himself into a drug deal in the underworld and soon both he and the young woman are on the run during a speedy and action-packed night. Director Takashi Miike has been nominated for the Gold Palm twice at the Cannes Film Festival for the films Wara no tate (2013) and Ichimei (2011).
