11 yrs 58 minutes 2013 7.7

Edvard Munch’s active period as an artist stretched over 62 years and his great body of work included oil painting, graphic art, sculptures and photography. In this documentary about the artist, Indian filmmaker Dheeraj Akolkar poses the question of what it is that fascinates us in his art long after his death. Dheeraj Akolkar has previously made the documentary Liv & Ingmar about the relationship between Liv Ullman and Ingmar Bergman.
