Two young men long to escape the poverty and limitations of the Pine Ridge-reservation where they live. With agency and inventiveness they seek a way out. But the road is rocky, and not always within the limits of the law. War Pony is a film with a great heart, about community and a part of the USA seldom described from within. The cast are amateur actors who have grown up on the reservation.
The film is not playable outside of Sweden
