Import
During a coffee break between friends one of them is accused of racism because of a term she used. An earlier cozy setting turns out to a fierce battle of words. Import is a film that deals with the topic of internalized racism. By what seems at first to be a normal conversation between a couple of friends, quickly develops into a discussion that is far more serious, almost non-existent for one of the characters. The viewer should feel hit with an aftertaste of discomfort.
