Blood Relatives

A 14-year old girl and her cousin take shelter from the rain in a dark alley. Suddenly an unknown man attacks them, and the girl witnesses how her cousin is molested and stabbed to death. She manages to escape and runs to the police station where she explains what has happened. Inspector Steve Carella starts investigating the case and confronts the most notorious sex offender in the town, but he gets the feeling that something’s not quite right… The film is based on the book of the famous author Ed McBain and has been acclaimed by critics, for example in Skånska Dagbladet: “McBain and Charbol – what a dream combo for everyone in search of thrilling entertainment!”
