The young navy officer Tom Farrell finally gets his dream job when he’s handpicked to work for the United States Secretary of Defense at the Pentagon. He starts an affair with Susan, unaware of the fact that she is his boss’s mistress, and when she is found dead, he is assigned with finding the murderer. It turns out that the traces lead to himself, and suddenly it’s not only the national security at stake – but also his own life.
