Raptures

It is the 1930s and a charismatic preacher captivates the villagers during his revival meetings in Tornedalen. Among his followers are the teacher Rakel and her husband Teodor. After receiving a revelation, Teodor takes over as the leader of the movement and begins to steer it in a disturbing direction. It becomes an accelerating journey into darkness that forces Rakel to choose a side once and for all.
