The year is 1967. French new wave's main poster name Jean-Luc Godard (Louis Garrel) has just completed his latest opus La Chinoise. During the work, a feeling has arisen between Godard and the film's main character, as well as his muse, Anne Wiazemsky. Everything should be set up for peace and joy and happiness. It turns out, however, that the red wave that strikes 1968 has other plans for our young lovers. The film is directed by Michel Hazanavicius, who in 2011 was awarded an Oscar for The Artist.
