The Rana family are happy, but cautiously so. With both feet planted firmly in tradition, they long for their sons to suceed and that their wives will bear sons to secure the family's future. But, not everyone in the family wants the same. The youngest son, Haider, secretly gets a job in a burlesque danceshow. There, he falls head in heals in love with a transwoman, who is the show's regular star. Their impossible love throws a slow and sure light over the Ranas inner conflicts between tradition and sexual rebellion.
