In the late 19th century, the city of Hong Kong is hit with a wave of pirates threatening it´s coast. The Coast Guard is ordered to deal with the problem, but corruption among government officials and within the police hinders them from doing their job. However, one of the officers in the Coast Guard, Dragon Ma (Jackie Chan), is determined not to let the pirates win. Project A is an action comedy with a strong focus on the kind of advanced stunts that made Jackie Chan famous and admired all over the world.
