Director Charlie Ahearn follows the graffiti artist "Zoro" making art and discussing how he, for example, see a subway car as an empty canvas. “Zoro” have a relationship with the artist Rose and she takes down "Zoro" on earth when he takes his art too seriously. But this documentary is also about hip hop. It's full of clips from the hiphop glory days in New York in the 1980s. In addition to a documentary full of graffiti, dance and MCs, there are also unique performances from huge hiphop artist from that time, such as Grandmaster Flash, Fab Five Freddy and Busy Bee.
