Street Trash

15 yrs 91 minutes 1987 5.9

When the greedy owner of a liquor store in Brooklyn finds an old box of bottles in his basement, he decides to sell the expired liquor to the local drunks and the homeless. However, it soon turns out that the liquor, called “Tenafy Viper”, causes people to dissolve and melt in a very unpleasant way. As if that wasn’t enough, the area is threatened by the crazy Vietnam veteran Bronson who is preparing for a gang war among the inhabitants of the streets. Street Trash is considered one of the cult classics of the VHS era in its genre and was James M. Muro’s first movie as director.
