Lured by the promise of a better future for himself and his family, 18-year-old Luis enrolls at the Heroic Military College. But the promised health insurance for his diabetic mother comes at a high price. Luis becomes part of a system built on dehumanization and humiliation. Thanks to his good shooting skills, he escapes some of the worst harassment. Unfortunately, the favoritism also leads to him being ostracized by the other recruits. The displacement becomes a pressure cooker. A final confrontation is inevitable.
