We time travel to 1942 with the truly big stars in the film Casablanca. Ingrid Bergman and Humphrey Bogart play the lead roles in this iconic classic. Around the roulette table in the cynical Rick Blaine's café, the fates of several people are decided, not least the beautiful Ilsa's.

A weary private detective is confronted with his past when he is asked to investigate his brother's death. The Other Laurens is a French crime comedy from 2023.

The South Korean film Cobweb (Geomijip) is a story about a director who, upon completing a film, suddenly decides that the final scene must be changed. The changes create total chaos. The film was nominated for, and won, several awards.

In Blueback, we dive beneath the surface with Abby, who befriends a wrasse. When she discovers that it is critically endangered, she decides to follow in her activist mother's footsteps and take up the fight against those who hunt the fish.

Icelandic When the Light Breaks (Ljósbrot) is a poignant and painful drama about Una, who struggles with grief and a difficult secret. Una must find a way to express her feelings.
